Each weekly menu includes a selection of incredible meals for you to choose from. Thoughtfully designed and prepared by Brooklyn Belanger, a qualified Holistic Nutritionist. Every meal has a focus on organic, high quality and or locally sourced ingredients. All meals come gluten free and include protein, with dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options available too. When it comes to healthy eating it is our goal that taste is never compromised!
Currently open to Shawnigan Lake, Mill bay, Cobble hill and Duncan, on the beautiful and abundant Vancouver Island.

About Our Founder, Brooklyn Belanger.
Working as a clinical nutritionist allowed me to see the desires of people to eat healthy and where there were gaps in allowing them to achieve this.
Time was always one of the biggest barriers in people actually following through on their nutrition or health goals. That and not knowing where to start when it came to healthy eating and creating balanced meals.
That is where Nourished Togo was born! It was the bridge I had been dreaming of that connected the desire people had to eat well and the achievement of those goals.
