OUR MEALS:

All of our meals and products are created by us, two holistic nutritionists and holistic chef's. We focus on making our meals nutrient dense with balanced macros and with blood sugar balance in mind. We focus on high quality ingredients and try to source everything we can locally.

We like to think of our food as the place where great taste and nutrition come together

THE DETAILS:

EVERYTHING is gluten free! Many of our items are dairy free and we have vegetarian and vegan options

Meals are 2 servings, marinated meats serve 2-3 ppl and soups serve 2-3 ppl

All our meals are great in the freezer for up to 6 months (not that they last that long)
