Lets get summer started on a healthy note. So many times we look to super restrictive diets in a moment of desire for health and they leave us dissapointed, let down and worse then when we started.
This 2 week plan is a whole foods based plan with no restriction. We spend 2 weeks focusing on bringing in the good and letting the bad natrually fall away. It is my goal to load your diet with nutritious wholesome foods so your body can come back to a place of balance. All your bases are covered with a downloadable 30 day no gym needed workout guide that is made for all levels of fitness.
